Dear Friends of Lytle Signs,
In cooperation with Governor Little’s statewide Stay-Home Order we have made the decision to close our manufacturing and field operations divisions. This closure will remain in effect through April 15th. We are prepared to resume operations earlier if possible. Lytle Signs has advised all employees that they are to follow the order’s requirements for staying at home and practicing social isolation in the interest of slowing the transmission of COVID-19.
Obviously, we understand that this decision will delay our customer’s delivery times for projects currently in progress. We hope you understand that this was not a decision we made lightly. Right now, the safety and best interest of our people must take priority. We ask for your understanding and cooperation during our closure.
Please note, that Lytle Signs office-based functions will continue to operate during normal business hours. This will include: Accounting, Sales, Design, Estimating and Administration. The employees who work in these divisions will continue to work from home as necessary and will be available via email and cell phone to handle your needs. The idea is to keep the pipeline full and scheduled for our manufacturing and field operations divisions when they return to work.
We believe that the strength and resilience of our employees, customers and industry can weather any storm. While there is much uncertainty surrounding the future, we are resolute in working together to shorten the time this pandemic disrupts our lives. We ask for your continued support and patience as we set about finding our way forward through the next few weeks.
Please communicate with our team on how we can best serve you.
